PE days are Wednesdays and Thursdays. Children should wear their PE kit to school on PE days.

English/ reading - we are reading the book Mr Stink by David Walliams

Maths - Counting and calculating decimals, problems involving money and time
Science - States of matter - solids, liquids and gases
RE - What does it mean to be a Hindu in Britain today?
History - Anglo Saxons and Vikings
Music - specialist ukulele teacher coaching children on playing the ukulele
French - As-tu un animal? - Do you have a pet?
Art - Printing using different materials and techniques
PSHE - RSE, including dental health routines, personal hygiene, emotions and feelings and changes that occur during puberty.
As a reminder, the school day begins at 8:20am, with activities like maths, handwriting or reading for the children. This also gives children the chance to come in and settle before we begin formal learning promptly at 8:40am. We are looking forward to an exciting half term with year 4! |
Please continue to encourage your child to do their weekly maths homework, read for at least 10 minutes every night, learn their weekly spellings and practise their times tables.
